Our guidline for meat order for catering is about 4 to 6 oz of cooked meat per person.
For example: Number of Guests: 250
Formula is: Guests x Oz / 16 Oz = lbs of cooked meat
250 guests x 4 oz / 16 oz = 62.50 lbs of cooked meat (4 oz per person)
250 guests x 6 oz / 16 oz = 93.75 lbs of cooked meat (6 oz per person)
The meat can be any combination of pit beef, beef brisket, pulled pork or pork ribs.
We also offer catering for Filipino foods. It will depend on how many guests you will have. We offer our Filipino food by half or full sheets. Other food like Lumpia, BBQ Skewers and others are sold by piece.
